The relative space of human perception is marked by the time of a metronome that delimits the melody of day and night, the lying length of our shadow, reflected and dormant on the human earth. A figure full of meanings is the seahorse that guarded its eggs, the feminine and the masculine were part of a single and indissoluble energy which, when released, gave life. Archival Fund

Rosa Mundi is an artist's pseudonym; she lives between two sea islands and an island of smoke. She attended Painting, Sculpture, Choreography and Art History courses at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, the Academie des Beaux Arts in Strasbourg, and the Ecole Martenot in Paris. An introspective investigator of past and present civilisations, Rosa Mundi, transposes real events from everyday life and human feelings into art, creating ad hoc scenarios and specific performances and then reinterpreting everything, giving life to her personal Theater of the World. Rosa Mundi developed her technique using natural vegetal and organic pigments mixed with olive oil, egg and jellyfish extract. She has always preferred using recycled material, aiming to give it new life, carrying out a sort of metamorphosis. A study on light and reflections characterises her works. She is present in important permanent public and private collections. She has participated in numerous international exhibitions, among which the next edition of Dak'Art Off, Partcour Dakar Loman Art Gallery, stood out in recent years. In 2023, she was selected at the Cyprus International Biennial and awarded with the Awards in Larnaca. In 2022, she was the official artist of the 59th Venice Art Biennale as the official artist of the Pavilion of the Republic of San Marino. She is the creator and promoter of BIAS (www.bias.institute), the first spiritual biennial of contemporary international art and has also curated the scenography of numerous theatrical works, including the theatrical piece with the Esoskeletri company directed by the director Sasà Neri in "Judas the Guess" and the Teatro Equestre work "The time of game: Traveling with Ulysses".
