What comes first is all the beauty, mystery and poetry that animate Life.. What comes first is to feel the sun that warms my skin, and the breath of the wind caress my hair.. What comes first is a tear that runs in the shade of a cloud and the birth of a spring where roses bloom. What comes first is the magic of a moment in the endless waltz of the universe.. What comes first is what connects me to the Great Whole and the others. It connects me to the stars, the seed and the butterfly.
This graphic poem uses universal symbols from original narratives to tell a story where the beginning and the end merge at one point. Starting point and ending point combine to create a perpetual cycle, in which images scroll to come to life. Archival Fund
