My drawing, “Being,” depicts my nieces, embracing amongst a surreal cosmos. This piece represents the intimacy of sisterhood and the creative potential of individuals, set against the infinite scale of the universe. I believe our ability to create and think symbolically is the defining feature of our existence; a spectrum of experiences awaits in the unknowable future, of which we author. Archival Fund
