The notebook tells the story of Prince Mohammed Street, where Seven Hills is based and formed a community. Sharing this story helps to share and celebrate the identity of our community. We asked those who know it best—artists, designers, team members, children, youth, residents, and long-time workers—to share their perspectives and express how they engage with it on a daily basis.
Seven Hills is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for young people in Jordan to learn, grow, and become positive contributors to their community. Our mission, which began in 2014, is to create democratic spaces where children, youth, and parents in Amman can overcome social barriers, connect with others, and unwind. Seven Hills uses skateboarding and creative programs to bring
together people from different backgrounds in Jordan, while also offering an opportunity for youth to learn new skills and develop their personal and social identities. Archival Fund
